Medical Conditions/ Allergies: Please make sure your child's medical conditions are documented with Nurse Yana. It is important we are aware of any known incidents such as febrile convulsions, rashes or asthma attacks. A current 504 form needs to be on file with her. We ask for your prompt attention and cooperation in providing her with necessary medication for your child's condition.
Please remember that a child needs to be 24 hour fever free WITHOUT the aid of medication like Tylenol or Motrin. If your child requires medication prescribed by a doctor, out of courtesy, please let Nurse Yana know so she can be aware and respond properly in case your child has a reaction at school.
Your child's teacher sent out a Google form asking to send us your most updated contact info. We need this information in the case of an emergency. Thank you for taking the time to complete the form as soon as possible.
We kindly ask families in Kindergarten to keep an extra set of clothes in your child's backpack in case of accidents because Nurse Yana has a very limited amount of extra pieces of clothing. Thank you for understanding.
In an attempt to keep our students healthy and prevent germs from spreading, we are asking families for donations of hand sanitizers and Clorox wipes. We would like to have a supply of these disinfectants in every common space (classrooms, theaters, cafe, main lobby, offices, library). Please send in your donations with your child.
Have a great week and we'll see you Thursday!
